10. WARRANTY

VESTA LIGHTING stands behind the quality of its products through limited warranty coverage.

11. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

The applicable warranty generally does not cover products that have been damaged or affected by:

• Misuse;

• Mishandling;

• Misapplication;

• Neglect;

• Improper maintenance;

• Accident;

• Vandalism;

• Improper installation;

• Incorrect wiring;

• Incorrect voltage;

• Overloading;

• Unauthorized modification;

• Unauthorized parts or accessories;

• Unauthorized repair;

• Failure to follow installation instructions; or

• Conditions outside the product's intended application.

Normal wear and tear and normal material aging are not considered manufacturing defects.

For brass products, natural changes in color, patina, and surface appearance resulting from outdoor exposure are normal characteristics of the material.
